Your purchases of products through and use of our Website are governed by our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.  

1. PRODUCT  

Our product is legal industrial hemp under the 2018 United States Farm Bill. None of the products listed on the Website have been approved by the Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”). CBD Extract Direct LLC makes no guarantee as to the lawfulness of any product offered on the Website. We encourage customers to review the state and local laws applicable to them. 

By using this Website, you acknowledge that you understand that the statements regarding our products have not been evaluated by the FDA; that our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease or ailment; that we do not guarantee that you will be able to pass a drug test after consuming our products; and that results from our products may vary. Always check with a physician before trying any new dietary supplement, medicinal herb or botanical extract. 

2. PAYMENT METHODS & FEES 

We accept the following methods of payment for purchases made via the Website: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. All listed purchase prices are in United States dollars. We do not accept foreign currencies. 

In addition to shipping fees, products purchased on the Website may be subject to a non-refundable order processing fee. 

3. ORDERS 

After you make a purchase on the Website, we will present you with a confirmation page and/or send you a confirmation email with an order reference number. If you do not receive a confirmation page or email, we will not be responsible for any losses you sustain. 

Our products are intended for use by you and are not intended for resale to third parties. 

The risk of loss and title for any items you purchase from us pass to you upon our delivery to a carrier. 

4. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES  

If you are not satisfied with a purchase because of defects or product is not up to standard, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order and refund will be given. A refund will not be given if you do not need or want your product or cannot resell it or use it, in this case, all sales are final. We reserve the right to require you to return any products (in full) you have purchased prior to refunding or exchanging your order. After 7 days, we are no longer able to process any returns.

If we determine after you make a purchase that some or all of the products you have ordered are not available, we will either refund the entire purchase or the portion of the purchase that is no longer in stock.

Shipping costs for any customer refund back to CBD Extract Direct LLC is strictly paid by customer.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION  

By purchasing any product on the Website, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CBD Extract Direct LLC and its agents, managers, officers, directors, representatives and employees from and against any and all liabilities, losses, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees (collectively, “Claims”) arising from or growing out of any acts or omissions you commit, including but not limited to, violation of any applicable law, regulation, or order. 

In no event will you be entitled to recover from CBD Extract Direct LLC any indirect, punitive, consequential, incidental, exemplary or special damages, or any damages for loss of data, profits, revenue, reputation, business, or goodwill.
